THOUGHTS WHILE FLY TYING – FOUNDATION: The most important thing you can give your children is a rock solid foundation. To send them out into the world on soft sand or sinking ground is the greatest failure of parenthood. When your foundation goes, the whole house goes with it. Love, faith, discipline, personal accountability, encouragement, work ethic, determination, self-worth, and dreams of what is possible is what I have tried to give and show to my children from the beginning. When the day comes and you must untie the lines and set them free to sail their own course, you will never doubt that you have done everything possible and that they are now in the hands of almighty God.
