My signature fly, a Baymen Universal, that I designed 25 years ago for striped bass. Since then, it has been fished around the world for a variety of species in both fresh and saltwaters. Ingredients: olive, pink, bleached white, yellow, red, ostrich hurl, black thread, 3D soft prism eyes silver with black pupil. Short shank hook. I fish it mostly on intermediate and sinking line, but many anglers fish it on floating lines. You can add lead wraps in the head so it fishes more like a clouser, or just tie a clouser using the ingredients.
