Spring is only a few days away and it is time to reconfirm your 2025 striped bass fly and light tackle charter dates. I have you all down on my calendar, so don’t worry. But with over 400 people on my boat during any given season, I like to make sure we are all on the same page!

So, shoot me an e-mail – don’t call. Much easier for me to have your e-mail with your date(s) for the 2025 season to refer to.

So hard to believe this is my 32 year guiding on the bay. The boat is uncovered, much of the gear is already prepped for the season, and now I have to do a few “shake down” cruises to make sure all the “T’s” are crossed and the “i’s” are dotted.

First early striped bass will arrive in about four weeks. Each season in past years, somebody local always get’s the first fish of the season on or around April 15th, WITH sea lice. These are “scouts” and are hard to find or catch with any consistency. But it is the start of the season and by mid-May or so we will be into some serious schools of migrating striped bass!

So, e-mail your date(s) AND deposit amount you have already paid to hold the date(s), that you have booked with me for 2025, and I will e-mail you back to reconfirm. I am looking forward to a fantastic season on the water with you all!
