Gale Force Winds: Day 5
We have not been able to get on the bay for 5 days due to Gale Force Winds out the NE. It has been non-stop, without letting up, for five solid days!
Today is no better: 17 knots NE with three foot seas. But at least the white caps are starting to lay down. Winds are going to lay down flat Thursday night according to NOAA, and then turn W and then SW. All good news except the seas are going to hold steady at 3 footers INSIDE the bay. So, it is going to be a choppy string of days on the water…
This too, shall pass. We will be into awesome, Spring striped bass blitz action shortly. Calm seas, warm days, and tons of fish on the bay.
