BAYMEN REPORT #1 2018:

I found fish this am. Two pods, VERY small schools. But they were active just below the surface. No fish breaking on top in these two schools. One pod inside the bay, the other pod I will give up the exact location: Ocean side, first crossover, 9:45am Saturday. Fish rolling right in the near flat surf, tight to shore. A half-dozen gulls working them. No fish were breaking water. They were all rolling just under the surface.

Noon UPDATE: I went back to the beach and drive from 1st crossover to High Pines. The fish were gone. Also, no sign of whales.
